At Legend Hills Orchard, we have been growing apples for over 90 years. We offer 25 varieties of apples on over 45 acres—all picked fresh and sold at our farm market. We offer pick-your-own and ready picked apples. See below the varieties we offer and their estimated ripening dates.

Crisp, crunchy, fresh
The 2026 apple crop is looking good, and we are excited for another apple season at Legend Hills Orchard.
Apple varieties ripen at different times throughout the season, beginning with early summer apples and continuing into the fall. As we get closer to each variety’s ripening date, we will post updates on what is available in the farm market and when pick-your-own apples will begin.
Pick-your-own apples are expected to start in mid to late August, depending on ripening and weather conditions.
